Labour's Team for West End Ward - Councillor Patrick Lilley, Tim Lord and Sarah Littleton

Welcome to our West End Labour’s website.

Here you can find details about our team, our campaigns and contact details if you need assistance from us.

Meet our candidates:

Patrick Lilley

Councillor Patrick Lilley has represented the West End ward since 2022. He is Westminster’s Disability Champion and an independent voice who ensures residents are heard at all levels of the Council, including Planning and Licensing Committees. He is passionate about creating a safer, greener and cleaner Westminster.

Sarah Littleton

Sarah Littleton lives in the West End ward and studied at the London School of Economics. She believes more must be done to ensure the safety of women and girls. With a background working with children, she stresses continuing family services supported by the council.

Tim Lord

Tim Lord has been a Soho resident for over 34 years and active as Chair of the Soho Society and other groups. He has worked on safety, pedicab regulation, short lets, noise nuisance and public toilet provision, and campaigns across Soho and the West End.

This election is going to be close.

Only Labour can beat the Conservatives in the West End. Voting for a smaller party increases the chances of the Conservatives winning in our area.

Two Conservative Councillors in Westminster have already defected to Reform. If you vote Conservative, you risk getting Reform.

Vote Labour on 7th May
