Harrow Road Labour Team - Concia Albert, Rhys Thomas and Regan Hook

Welcome to our Harrow Road Labour website.

We, Cllr Concia Albert, Cllr Regan Hook and Rhys Thomas – your Harrow Road Ward Labour team, are standing to keep delivering for this community.

Concia has represented the ward since 2022 and Regan since 2024. Together we’ve secured major investment for the area, held housing providers to account and made our streets safer. Rhys has been campaigning alongside us for over a year, knocking on doors, listening to you and getting things done.

Working with you, our residents, we have a clear mission: safer streets, better homes and more opportunities for everyone in Harrow Road Ward. We haven’t waited for election day to start – we’ve already been out in the community every week, tackling the issues you care about.

A vote for us is a vote for experienced, visible councillors who will keep fighting for you.

Meet our candidates:

Concia Albert
