Two planters have been installed on Bathurst Street, near the junction with Westbourne Street, in front of the railings for a trial period of 6 months.

The City Inspectors will monitor this location to assess whether the planters are effective at deterring rubbish dumping.

Please let us know if there are other dumping ‘hotspots’ which might benefit from planters.

We also asked the City Inspectors to fine the person responsible for dumping by the tree at the junction with Westbourne Street.
