At last! Connaught Village Green was officially opened by Lord Mayor Paul Dimoldenberg on 4th June, witnessed by many local residents.

The new Village Green has new planting, new seating and new paving, together with pedestrian safety features.

We hope that the new Village Green will bring pleasure to many local residents and attract more people to visit the local shops and cafes.
