Regan Hook, Concia Albert, Rhys Thomas & Ruth Bush

Regan Hook, Concia Albert and Ruth Bush are your Labour Councillors for Harrow Road Ward.

Rhys Thomas has joined the team as a candidate for the Council elections in May 2026 along with Regan and Concia.

Councillor Ruth Bush is standing down in May 2026 after 20 years of hard work and dedication to Harrow Road Ward and to her role as Councillor and Lord Mayor. She will be remembered for setting up the fabulous All Sing! Harrow Road Community Choir, and for her support for many residents over the years, taking up their cases with the Council. We are hugely grateful and wish her well, but rest assured, she will be around and an active Councillor for you until May 2026.
