After many years, the owners of the Regency Cafe are retiring and have put the cafe up for sale.

As the freeholder, Westminster Council has pledged to ensure that it continues as a local cafe.

Joanna Camadoo-Rothwell, Labour’s candidate for the Vincent Square Ward by-election on 27th February, said:

“We won’t allow the site to be developed into something different. We want to preserve the spirit and heritage of this iconic cafe for both local residents and visitors, for years to come.”
