Councillor Maggie Carman has called on the Council to take action on the rubbish dumping at the black bins on Artesian Road. Residents say:

“The daily abuse of our streets and immediate neighbourhood continues. Most recently, I have reported the same – and growing – accumulation of rubbish around the overflowing WCC ‘big, black bins’ on Artesian Road, outside the Church of St Mary of the Angels three times. Once yesterday evening, and twice this morning. Nothing has been done. The sooner the public health hazard that these bins are, in truth, are removed, and house-to-house waste collections are reinstated, the better for everyone.”
