St Andrew’s Mansions
We have asked the Council to remove a dockless bike which has been on the pavement outside St Andrew’s Mansions for two weeks.
Gloucester Place – Domestic Refuse
We have asked the Refuse Collection Team to take action here
“Increasing amounts of domestic refuse are being dumped on the pavements of Gloucester Place. Some is bagged, some not and few if any attempts seem to be made to separate recyclable form non-recyclable material. Dumpers seem to target the nearest tree or bollard, at any time of day. The result is a filthy street, often strewn with loose items. Council instructions on how to deal with domestic rubbish and when and where to put it out for collection are clear: correctly bagged, on doorsteps (not pavements), early in the day. Much of the rubbish seems to be deposited by the increasing numbers of visitors (Air B&B?). Could the Council please leaflet all properties, repeating these instructions, pointing out penalties for non-compliance and asking for disposal instructions to be permanently displayed in the front hallways of all buildings where apartments are rented short-term.”
Holcroft Court – what you say
“The Residents in block E and F Holcroft Court would like to thank you regarding your assistance with the noise issue from the boiler house. GEM have finally been able to find the source of the noise after 8 weeks of noise day and night. We really appreciate all your assistance in this matter.”
