An excellent Community against Knife Crime event in Church Street organised by Councillors Aicha Less, Aziz Toki and Matt Noble on Saturday 5th October. Respectful and genuine discussion. Lots of layers to this issue being raised by residents and good to see local MP Karen Buck listening to people’s concerns.
A very positive and constructive community event with many good ideas and suggestions for ending the scourge of knife violence. There is hard work to be done but this has been a great start.
Well done to the Church Street Councillors and everyone who took part.
