Residents in Knightsbridge have written to the Council to say ‘thank you’ for listening to their suggestion for new locations for e-bike parking in Montpelier Street.

One resident writes:

“Please accept my heartfelt thanks and strong support for your decision to make the dockless ‘parking’ bays permanent in Montpelier Street in Knightsbridge. The residents of Montpelier Square welcome your decision as we observe that this location makes dockless parking more orderly and better managed.

Even more importantly, the new arrangements dramatically reduce the number of traffic movements and lower the risks of personal injury. We welcome these changes and we are grateful that at Westminster we have leaders who listen to the residents’ concerns and insert them in final decisions.”

Another resident writes:

“Thank you for making the new dockless bikes parking bay permanent in Montpelier Street as it makes parking more orderly, therefore safer for all.  We are grateful for your actively listening to residents’ concerns and making quick and effective decisions.”
