Councillor, Harrow Road Ward and Shadow Cabinet Member for Housing Services
Guthrie has been a Councillor since 2000. Previously, he was a Trade Union officer with GPMU (now UNITE). Like many people of his generation, he knows the positive value of good social housing and how families with low incomes can begin to build their lives out of deprivation and poverty. He serves as Shadow Cabinet Member for Housing Services.
Guthrie cares passionately about Harrow Road Ward and strives to make sure residents’ voices are heard at Westminster City Hall.
